Course
Enjoy a gorgeous, traffic free course through Seward Park and along the shores of Lake Washington with views of Mount Rainier, Lake Washington and the City.
Kid's dash is out and back from the finish line. Just over .3 miles and you may run with your child.
10K will have 2 aid stations, the 5K and 2 Miler will have 1. Whipped cream shots will be served alongside water.
Sundae FUNday Festivities:
Post-race ice cream for all participants, including your four-legged friends!
A trip through the toppings bar with all the classics, and of course, a cherry on top! (All nut free)
Surprise finisher's item, fun and functional swag!
Water and whipped cream at the banana split halfway mark!
Chance to beat the ice cream, with prizes for anyone who does (10K distance)!

Stroller and dog friendly event
We have teamed up with Reuse Seattle to serve our delicious ice cream in durable, reusable bowls. No single use bowls here! You will be receiving your ice cream in the provided reusable bowls and return them at dish return stations before leaving (unless, of course, you request the waffle cone instead). After the event, the dirty dishes are picked up, sent to a wash hub for cleaning and sanitization, and made ready for reuse at the next event! No waste! Amazing! https://reuseseattle.org/
Furry Friends:
Dogs are welcome to run with us! Check the box at registration to pre-register your pup and guarantee a doggy treat in the Sundae line!
