Distances: 10K, 5K, 2 Mile & Kids Dash

9:00AM – Registration and Packet Pickup Opens

9:30AM – Kids Dash

9:45AM – Costume Contest

10:00AM - 10K Start

10:15AM – 5K and 2 Mile Walk Start Time

10:15AM – Ice Cream Time!

11:00AM - Awards

Enjoy a  gorgeous, traffic free course through Seward Park and along the shores of Lake Washington with views of Mount Rainier, Lake Washington and the City.

Post-race ice cream for all participants, including your four-legged friends!

A trip through the toppings bar with all the classics, and of course, a cherry on top! (All nut free)

An adorable ice cream scoop medal (wear as a medal or use as an ice cream scoop!). 

Water and whipped cream at the banana split halfway mark!

Stroller and dog friendly event

We have teamed up with Reuse Seattle to serve our delicious ice cream in durable, reusable bowls. No single use bowls here!  You will be receiving your ice cream in the provided reusable bowls and return them at dish return stations before leaving (unless, of course, you request the waffle cone instead). After the event, the dirty dishes are picked up, sent to a wash hub for cleaning and sanitization, and made ready for reuse at the next event! No waste! Amazing! https://reuseseattle.org/

Dogs are welcome to run with us! Check the box at registration to pre-register your pup and guarantee a doggy treat in the Sundae line!

Packet pickup will be available on race day.
